Satisfy your post-bike hunger at the Red Hook...

Part of Brooklyn Bridge Park bike & ped lane...
Looks like a section of the Brooklyn Bridge Park bike path might be opening soon! Took this photo on my way home from work today. The path will obviously begin where the new temporary bike lane on Furman Street ends (photo below). NY Post literally JUST put up a brief story about this saying it will stretch up to Pier 1 near Old Fulton Street. The story said it should open in the next week!...

A #bikenyc day trip: Roosevelt Avenue food trucks
I joined about 30 other biking foodies today for a trip to the food trucks on Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights, Queens — one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the world.
