According to latest NY Post story on NYPD crackdown on cyclists, police have issued 1,000 tickets to cyclists in the last TWO WEEKS. “Sources said that lawbreaking by cyclists has become the top quality-of-life complaint in some neighborhoods.”
Meanwhile, on the Upper East Side today: 35-Year-Old Woman Killed by Dump Truck.
