I had a fantastic time today on the Gears & Grub ride with Dan Delaney from VendrTV and Anita Singh from Brooklyn By Bike. Met some great peeps, and the weather was incredible.

We met under the Grand Army Plaza arch:

Then rode through Prospect Park on the way to Sunset Park.

I tried some wings on a stick from one of the vendors along 8th Ave.:

It’s always fun to look at the food they’re selling in Chinese neighborhoods. These live shrimp were literally jumping out of the container onto the sidewalk:

The food at the Red Hook Ballfields was fantastic, and I can’t believe it took me this long to come here for the first time:

We all sat out on the grass and noshed:

Melissa and I had to duck out of the ride when the group reached the Brooklyn Flea in Dumbo.
